Stone Parade were announced winners last night in the Rock Category at the 2012 MusicOz Awards. 
This annual red carpet event celebrating the Australian independant music industry was held at the Sydney Opera House.  The band were nominated in three catagories including Best Video (Paranoia),  Rock Category and Artist of the Year.
In addition, Stone Parade performed two songs to a packed audience, their single ‘Paranoia’ and ‘Black Dove White Heart’ taken from their current album ‘Stratosphere‘.

Yes, folks Stone Parade are fired up for this red carpet event and are preparing to hit the stage to belt out two tunes at this years awards ceremony which celebrates the Australian independent music industry.  Known as the “Unsigned ARIA’s”, MusicOz Awards give vital recognition and exposure to a national audience through YouTube and Facebook as well as development opportunities to finalists and winners.

We are stoked to have been invited to perform two songs and share the stage with other amazing artists.  In an added bonus we have received two nominations for ‘Best Rock Act’ and Best Video for our single ‘Paranoia’.
